7th Grade Life Science
This introductory course gives a thorough study of Life Science. This class will include oral work, written work, projects, outside assignments, laboratory exercises and tests. In addition to covering the Next Generation Science Standards, the course will take students through the IB Science Curriculum recommended for Year 2 candidates, as well as provide support for “Principles in Biomedical Science.”
Welcome back to school! I am your student’s 7th grade science teacher, Lisa Flores. Attached is a copy of the syllabus that was provided to your student on Monday. It has instructions on how to join my google classroom. If your student is absent or unable to complete assignments during class, they can refer to this site. Your student must access it through their CIS email account. Also attached is news from the health office from the school nurse. Please review. Have a good weekend.
